We know that a product may sometimes fall short of expectations, so you can return it without giving a reason.
You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to decide whether to return the goods.
Returns policy
– Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of the return.
– The Product must show no signs of use – you may inspect or test it, but not use it.
- Include the receipt or other proof of purchase in the parcel.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.
Refund
The refund (including the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer) will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product.
We will refund the same account used to pay for the order unless you specify another preferred method on the return form.
